Inspired Ideas currently has 2 land plots for sale. One of them is located in Obrochiste, close to the Albena beach resort. It’s ~933m2 and located in a small village. It is a regulated plot that can be built on.
The other plot is ~9000m2 and is located in General Kanterjievo, which is a short drive to Golden Sands beach resort. This is officially agricultural land, but was previously regulated, and is not expected to be a costly exercise to convert it back to regulated land.
If you are interested in both land plots, there is also an option to purchase the company itself, as the company currently exists to hold these 2 land plots. The total price to purchase both land plots (including VAT) is 66,000 euros.
Both plots are owned by Inspired Ideas OOD, which is a VAT registered company (in Bulgaria).
If you are purchasing under a company, you can claim back the VAT.

Obrochiste Plot
The plot in Obrochiste is located within a 10-15 minute drive to Albena Beach resort, and is ideal for building a house/villa within easy reach of the beautiful beaches. It is also just ~30-40 minutes drive from Varna international airport.
The plot is approximately 933m2, and the price is 10,000 euros PLUS VAT. With VAT at 20%, the total price is 12,000 euros.
General Kanterjievo Plot
This plot has sea views towards Golden Sands and is approximately 10-15 minutes drive to the Golden Sands beach resort. Previously the land was regulated with permission to build a holiday village. However, it has reverted to agricultural status due to inactivity.
The plot is approximately 30-35 minutes drive from Varna international airport.
Because the plot is in agricultural status, the asking price is just 5 euros per square metre. Based on 9000m2, this means the price is 45,000 euros PLUS VAT. VAT is 20% in Bulgaria, hence the total price with VAT is 54,000 euros.
